Press Materials and Media Outreach

CLIENT: Moonstone Skin & Body Care

CHALLENGE: To get the word out to clients that the owner and lead esthetician was leaving and the spa would be under new management by someone local and with close ties to the business. Provided assurance that the services they know and love would stay the same

SOLUTION:

Bio and professional photo were created as marketing assets to provide to the press.

Press release was written and sent out to about 20 local print, online and broadcast media.

•As a regular advertiser for the business, regularly awarding Moonstone with Readers’ Choice Award accolades, a media advisory was exclusively provided to the news team of Marin Independent Journal a couple days prior to the rest of the media outreach.

•Introduce and feature new owner as a strong presence in social media and to feature the news in the monthly e-newsletter.

RESULTS: The press release I wrote was reprinted in part in the Marin Independent Journal (below). Expected to appear in Marin and North Bay Biz magazines.
